What is your favorite Sid Meier's Civilization game?

Despite all the better graphics and stuff, I think I enjoy the third one the best. If you are in need of a game quick (civ quick) game, the third provides that. What do you all think?

I liked 2 the best. I was not able to get into 3; I kept going back to 2. Never played any after 3.

Civ 2 will always be my favorite. I remember wanting to play it so bad when I was at school that I brought the novel-esque manual with me to read between classes.

The original Pirates for the NES will always be my favorite Sid game.

2 was the best. I played a few all nighters with that game.
I also had a game where Gandhi threatened someone with nukes. My spaceship had already launched and the purple civ respawned as India. They came to me begging for help because they were under attack. I rush built a nuke and gave it to him. On the next series of turns there was a travelers report that the war had ended.

5 with the civ nights mod. Totally changed the game and it was amazing. Creator quit before BNW and never updated it. That sucked.
