SJW's not satisfied with Nintendo's 2nd biggest story-driven series, Metroid, having a female main character? I'm shocked. frick them. Even if Nintendo did break and make Link female, they'd complain about her being skinny and attractive and say Nintendo supports the overly sexualized projection of women.

AND....Samus Aran is one of Nintendo's most important characters. So stfu.

Seriously. Nintendo is well ahead of the game on this. Samus was the character that really separated them and caused people to flip out. Honestly if I could put every major videogame character in a battle, Samus would probably emerge on top.

Or Samus Aran.

But it is kind of a lame excuse. You could play SMB2 as Princess Peach. It can't be that hard to make it so you can play Zelda as Zelda.

In 3rd grade during my first play through of Super Metroid.

I didn't want to believe it.

That's not even remotely close to the same thing. Zelda plays a different role and isn't even in some of the games.

Change for the sake of change is getting tired.

What's wrong with the classic male hero overcomes obstacles to rescue the damsel in distress?

They're lucky the story doesn't have them in the kitchen making sammiches while he's off on a pointless adventure. Girls getting greedy.
