Don't have much on my purchase list, but I'll be getting Wasteland 2 because I backed it on kickstarter.

Yes, you can gift them.

I don't know what you're getting at with your second question, but you need the Steam application.

I figure I will pick up a couple of cheap indie games but I have no plans for anything else. I always say that though and end up with something else.

I'm happy to report most of the indie adventure games I want are already over 50% so I don't have to be in any rush to get them, so I'll buy about 10 $4 games

Waiting on Kentucky Route Zero and Kerbel Space Program to go cheaper than what they are showing right now.

Huh, never saw it at that price and I've been following it for quite a long time.

Now that I think about it, I may have saw it at that price but figured I could wait a little longer. That might have been dumb.

Its the sequel to Wasteland, which was the precursor to the Fallout series by Brian Fargo who created Fallout 1 and 2.
