Unless you are playing offline, there will ALWAYS be lag. No such thing as no lag if the game is requiring the use of an internet connection.

I just hardly find myself watching TV. This might be useful if I did.
Its pretty much Netflix and Torrents for me.

I am just giving my opinion. I am not trying to sell anyone. For ME that is a massive reason I like the XBone over anything else.
Was playing Child of Light the other day...
Hmm... think I will watch something on Netflix...
"XBox, Go to Netflix" "Select 1"
Watch an episode of Breaking Bad.
"XBox Watch TV" "Watch ESPN"
Didn't see anything interesting.
"XBox go home" "Child of Light"
and I was right back to playing Child of Light right where I left off. No pausing, no saving the game first, no waiting for the game to load. Switching between everything in seconds without ever touching a remote.
Yeah I love it.
The whole point is we all have our opinions on what is better. No one can come in here and definitively state XBone/PS4/WiiU is better. Except for Master Race. Master Race is better
It's all opinions based on what experience you like, and all the arguing and flame wars are just childish.

It's not as much as people try to let you on.
It's an upgraded console, nothing more. Not next gen, in any shape or form.
I don't miss my Xbone one bit, and still play the shite out of the 360.
It is very hard to press the center button of controller, and press the on button on tv. I couldn't tell you how many times i darn near broke my back pushing 2 buttons. I mean it saves a whole 1 1/2 seconds, think of the time i waste now, having to push the button and turn on the tv.

Why are you arguing with someone over their personal feelings on their experience? The whole 2nd half of your post is unnecessary and does not add anything to the conversation. State your opinion and move on. Their is no need to try to convince the dude that he should not be enjoying how the xbone works for him.
