Those are the same people in the ACM thread bitching about the current state of country music, while they devote 3 hours of their life to watching the "bro country shitfest"

quote:This is the most recent example of how I noticed it...we just finished binge watching a lot of good series like True Detective, House of Cards, Bloodline. All great production. Then a friend told us to try The Blacklist. After two episodes we checked out it was so bad with the effects and awful acting.
I just watched again, this time keeping an eye on the effects. None of it really stood out to me, but maybe I'm so movie-dumb I don't know what I'm looking for

"I'm gonna spend 3 hours of my weekend gaining Intel about how to troll these country music plebs"

This. I'm not big on the music coming out right now, but I didn't watch the ACMs either. That makes me a better person, right?

dumb move bro....the CGI(like when the car blows in the pilot episode)was horrible, but they rarely use it now. One of the best shows on tv

Other than the CGI, I couldn't get over the terrible plot and acting. Maybe it got better, but I don't really care anymore. I will take up Wes on the GoT challenge for my next show.
I really want to restart TWD, too...I never fully watched it from S1 E1 and I really stopped watching after Beth and Dale or whatever his name is got separated in that one season.

I quit justified last season
Not really sure why. My wife wasn't into it and we typically watch stuff together.
The first season of Better Call Saul was better than expected

Been thinking about watching this. I like Timothy Olyphant. What is it about? Just from commercials, it seems set in Texas, maybe....Is it on Netflix?

He's a U.S. Marshall in Kentucky or WV.
I liked it a lot even though I stopped it

Did y'all see the video on fb of the 5 year old yelling "ROW TODD" at a wedding in Alabama after the groom kissed the bride?
I loled hard.

Deputy U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens is something of a 19th-century–style, Old West lawman living in modern times, whose unconventional enforcement of justice makes him a target of criminals, and a problem child to his U.S. Marshals Service bosses. As a result of his controversial but "justified" quick-draw shooting of mob hitman Tommy Bucks in Miami, Givens is reassigned from Miami to Lexington, Kentucky. The Lexington Marshals office's jurisdiction includes Harlan County, where Raylan grew up and which he thought he had escaped for good in his youth.
some say season 2 is the best season of television ever created
