Some storylines, yes. Others, no.
Jon Snow. No, this storyline is still in book 3. Tyrion, book 5. Sansa, Yes. What you've seen to this point has basically ended her book storyline. We are in uncharted territories with her.
Cerci, book 4. This Jamie storyline hasn't happened in the books, thus far, so we are also uncharted with him. The Dorne stuff is in book 4 so it looks like a merging of storylines, if Jamie does in fact end up there.
Arya, book 4.
Its a big mix up at this point and I love it.

Watched it last night and was just waiting for the bitch to burn, but alas. Like you said though, he was pretty fricked up too. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time and blown away towards the end.
