I'm happy to make what I make with a normal schedule and no OT required to get there but that stems from education along with taking a few risks along the way
If for whatever reason I never finished college, I'd still think that working in Ops or something similar would be a very good choice. You can make really good money with exceptional benefits even if you don't chase OT

That's really awesome that they give you a free gym membership. I'd love that. When I'm going back and forth to Nola my workouts suffer and I hate it.
