PS4 2K16 League - LOOKING FOR MEMBERS

Anybody wanting to do a chill league? Something laid back with 32 or so games so we can do seasons much quicker.
I'm not sure about rules yet. I have quite a few things I dislike (offball, fastbreak every possession, etc..) but I can handle that if we can get a few extra guys. Or if we have guys with the same views, that would be awesome.
I'm really just wanting to be the Blazers and not play the CPU.
Update:
So just some more information. If we can agree on some rules, that would be great. Anything you guys dislike that is considered cheese or not sim?
After finding out MyLeague online doesn't have the full features offline has, we're going to be pretty lax about trades. CPU is already a little difficult with trades. Just don't trade your backup C to the 76ers who have 3 Cs already...stuff like that. Lets try to make reasonable trades from BOTH sides. Just post them in here and I'll pass it.
For sliders, I'll check OP Sports. I don't want the 3 ball to beat 75% of our shots. I've found this year's 2K is a lot more balanced with its basic slider set.
Anybody have other ideas or want to say add something to the stuff above? I'm open to anything really.
Skill Level: All-Star (Subject to change)
RULES:
Don't off ball all game
Keep Fast Break in bounds at a minimum.
5 Force Sims Per User (Guaranteed Wins)
Pretty simple as of now
ADVANCE: 2K does flex scheduling. You can play any game any time. If we can grow to `10 people, I'll make a groupme. Lets try to finish the season in about 25-30 days.
TD Username/PSN: Team Name
The Ducks/Knockinjs: Blazers
Purpledrank/purplelights14: Spurs
HoldThatTiger/tigerbait10: Pels
WaltTeevens/karlifornia1: Kings
saltysailor2015/LSU4theWin247: T'Wolves

Also I'm ok with fast breaks. If you miss a shot and give me an opportunity to run, why should I not be allowed to do that? I look at it as a reward in a sense for playing solid D on the other end. Now I'm not saying every transition has to be a break, but if its right then yeah I'm going to take it.

It's really the fastbreak inbound passes that are OP. The defense takes too long to get set after a basket.Either you can run up the sideline and get a layup or you will have an open plate up the court unguarded because the defense only has two guys back there.
ETA: Really busy today. I'll send invites tomorrow night around 11EST or if I have the time, at 7:30 EST. I'm in class for 8 hours tomorrow.

If you set your defense to limit transition, the defense gets back very easily. Also, a huge problem with the inbound fast breaks is that people get stupid and try to full court press with their PG to steal the inbounds pass. They obviously won't get it, so it leaves your team in a 4 on 5 situation which is never optimal.
Source: I have a 23-2 online record with the Hawks and never have issues with getting back on defense.

I haven't played in an online league since the Dreamcast 2k days, so I don't know what's considered cheese these days.
If someone misses a shot, or you poke the ball away, fast breaks are fair game, no? Is there a loophole in the game that makes this unfair?
As far as defense goes, I have no problem playing on ball, but is there a certain percentage of playing off ball that is considered cheese? If I play PF or C primarily, I'll get toasted by someone who has a good outside shooter, so I try to keep it mixed up. Is off ball defense considered a complete no-no?

off ball defense is as lame as it gets (and incredibly easy to beat as well). Off-ball defense I think would be considered cheese. Sure every once in a while to mix things up (like 1 every 6-7 defensive possessions) is fine, but if you are continuously running off ball defense then yes it's cheese.

Got it. I'll defend on ball.

I'm like 14-4 with 2 games being glitched out. Half my wins are with the Blazers before McCollum was boosted In my last game, I was...the CLippers without Blake and somebody else against the Warriors. Was down 12-30 at half but I had the game tied back up at 49 with 5 to go. Lost off Paul losing the ball in traffic to go ahead with a minute to go.
The Hawks are a very good team and their bigs are quicker than most. You benefit there. And ability to shoot with anyone. The defense is slow in this game no matter which way you want to cut it. I can run down the court with Lillard and get a basket in under 5 seconds and if you play Lillard, it's likely I'll have my SF or PF open for a shot. It's incredibly arcade basketball. I've found the best way to counter this is to switch to the C after a basket and HAUL arse up the court.
Off Ball defense isn't as great as it used to be. If you're a great defensive team, it does a SOLID job. You're better off in the long run learning to on-ball. For reasons above, you can take the AI defender baseline, especially if they're a slower defender and get an easy bucket. It's still not fun to play against. Only time I off-ball is if I go zone. I'll stretch my bigs out to cover more space.

Yes, very fair. The stealing animation is much better this year. Hell, you can pop the ball loose and not be called for a reach like in 2k15 99% of time.

I haven't been in a league since 2k13. I was in a very strict on ball 75% or more league. This is the Gaming board, we're not a bunch of 2K 24/7 Sim die hards. Like Hart said above, in moderation, no one will complain. A whole game, you're going to have people on you about it.

How fast is the advancement periods? I may interested if it's nothing crazy. My old PS4 stopped syncing my controllers and Sony wanted me to send them $150 to fix the console since their most recent update fricked my PS4. Wife surprised me with a new one because she fricked up and had a friend of ours look at it and he completely wiped the hard drive before I could pull anything off of it. So I no longer have my MyTeam or anything. It sucks haha.
