Nope you can only use it once. It is worth it though imo. I used it around lvl 17 and my guy is a beast now.

Does any merchant have a good supply of glyphs and rhinestones to sell?

Most of the blacksmiths in the Isles sells the greater glyphs/rhinestones. They are expensive though.

How the hell do I kill the werewolf when trying to complete "ladies in the wood". Once he regens he gains more health than I deplete per second.

I'm level 6

Google searched multiple times this morning and I don't find anything really explaining how to get those.

Found something; but shite how was I supposed to figure that out without Google searching I don't want to have to google my way through the game.

UPDATE:

I found a "draw of power" in this area that boosts your igni sign. Use igny+ tawny oil and you can beat him without bombs.

I think it's the same voice actress that was in Witcher 2, but it has been a long time I've played it. Reglardless, she sounds off compared to the rest of the cast.

How does this game compare to Skyrim?

I can say I like the combat system more than Skyrim. I also enjoy how the monsters have unique attacking styles. The fact that you can craft potions and blade oils for certain monsters and they are weak against particular bombs adds a layer of complexity I appreciate. As far as the quests and story, I won't comment on that yet; though I've had some incredible quests so far.

Overall since I haven't completed the game, I can't declare which one is better. But if you enjoyed Skyrim at all there is no reason you wouldn't like this.

The further I get into it, the more I find it to be better than Skyrim (comparing to vanilla Skyrim with no mods, for fairness sake). There are some things that Skyrim does better, like the open world aspect with dynamic NPCs, but Witcher 3 wins with the story and its ability to make me give a shite about side quests and decisions. And combat is way more fun in Witcher 3.

However, as much as I hate games where stealth is required, I do wish there was at least a teeny tiny bit of stealth in Witcher 3.
