No lie. If the other guy hadn't been there he would have been toast. I check everything for loot, may not take it, but I look.
I would have liked to see the dual wield also. I dual wield a warrior every chance I get.

I'm just going to pick it up after work on Friday. I didn't even pre-order, wasn't enthralled with the pre-order bonuses.

I'm still debating on trying it out first.. i'd rather not spend $60 on a game and only play it for a week.
key side note - Over the last year or so there's only been about 3-4 games I've played enough to consider spending even 20-30 bucks worth it.

Dynasty Warriors 7 -damn you Koei! I am hooked
NCAA 12
Madden 12-why do I buy these
Deus Ex
Dead Island
BF3
I would say of all of those, BF3 and Mass Effect 2 were the only ones really worth 60 bucks so far. Every other game had major flaws.

The lack of a spell list anywhere is disturbing. I figure it will be the same as other ES games, but still...

Why is it disturbing? That seems like something only people who have actually played the game would know. Bethesda hasn't said much for in-game specifics anyways.

yeah, and I wouldn't doubt if there was a spell creation system like in Oblivion
I'm not concerned that they haven't spoiled much magic yet.
