Caught a 757 SlowBro in a chik Fil a drive thru yesterday. Leveled him up to 997 (my current max for trainer level.) I'm only level 13

The Pidgeys and Weedles I've encountered this morning are a pain today. cp10 and 55s breaking free from multiple balls.

i usually just drop mine in a gym with an open spot and collect my coins unless the shop is down like yesterday.

I've noticed that as well. I've seen a lot of orange circle extremely low CP weedles and pidgies that I ignore, and have had several green circle low CP break out of multiple balls. I wonder if they are tinkering with code.

I think Niantic cares more about making money than making a better game - and there's nothing wrong with that. But they realize that the more Pokemon break out of balls, the more people will spend on balls.

I have yet to drop a dime on balls and I'm loaded with coins. I delete regular balls all the time. If you don't have balls it is because you don't spend time farming properly. Niantic does a good job with Ingress and limiting the impact on money. I'm sure they will do a good job here.
I'm up to 1000 items thanks to mostly getting on 10 gyms a day already.

That's where I am at right now. I am trying to gather enough Pidgies and weedles to evolve with the hundreds of candies I have for them when I pop my lvl 9 lucky egg. I had been transferring all of them without thinking that hey, I actually need to keep some to actually do the evolution on.

What level are you? Above 25 pretty much everything requires a lot of balls.

I have/had 6 10k eggs. Three are still in my inventory. I have put some miles in though just exercising. I am already on my second egg today. I think you have to turn over your eggs quite a bit if you don't want to rely on pure luck.

That doesn't change the fact that they have made a hell of a lot of money from people spending money in this game(and again there's nothing wrong with that) and, overall, the more that Pokemon break out of balls, the more money they will make.
