I've hatched 1 egg that was 10kg and I have 2 more in my egg inventory but I'm waiting to hatch them until I reach level 18-20. Currently level 12

Eggs are leveled off of when you first found them, not your level when they hatch, so it doesn't benefit you to save them

Good to know about the eggs. Right now I'm just trying to burn all my 2k eggs so I can start a bunch of 5ks at the same time for XP boosts and use an egg.

I just killed it at the park after work. Walked about 6k but all 8 stops were lured. Got a 20+ evolves stocked from the trip. 6 psyducks and 7 more majicaprs. 3 more slowpokea for my 605 I'm waiting to evolve.
Got a lickitung I didn't have. The one I'm most excited for is charmander because I fricked up and caught a bulbasaur at the beginning. Been waiting for a squirrel or a char

I'm saving my 5 (5 km) eggs for when I mass evolve with my lucky egg. I have 2 (2 km) eggs I'm working on now.
Gonna wait till I go to six flags next week to hatch the 10 km eggs.
I hope I catch some good stuff at six flags and hurricane harbor

This egg thing is definitely rate-limiting if you don't buy more incubators from the store. I'm trying not to spend money on this game and have succeeded thus far but the incubators and inventory may tempt me soon.

Incubators are my only consideration for spending money on this game. It's a direct way of increasing your chances of getting hard to find Pokemon

I have a 100% success rate when I accidentally hit them when they jump. Maybe coincidence.

Here is why I will eventually dominate my region:
I work in the field. I drive 8 hours a day through neighborhoods and through all of the towns in my area. No one can cover the ground I can cover daily just to play the game.
My son and I are sitting down and making me a target list every evening for the next day to make me efficient.
One of the better guys in Shreveport is a tow truck driver. So yeah that helps. My work has a pokestop that I can hit all day from my desk though I am never at my desk. And my second job that's PRN I found an Arbook and a Charmander.

I've been at Audubon park for less than an hour and have caught 10+ squirtles. If anyone is looking for them.

Yeah on the Pokemon nest map, there is a nest of Squirtles there.

Is the nest there for a certain period of time? I had to come home to recharge my phone, but I'm only 8 squirtles away from a Blastoise

I don't think so. If a nest is there it means they will constantly respawn there.
There are spots where you can farm certain Pokemon at certain times of the day but aren't as consistent. They'll spawn there every..hour to two hours maybe more. Those aren't nests.
Nests are spots that constantly spawn the same type of Pokemon throughout the day. Probably every 5-10 minutes from what I've read and seen on YouTube. There's a map on reddit. There's none in MS but there's a bulbasaur nest in Mobile I think. I think there are a few more in New Orleans though.

Yep, they're supposed to be making a map. What sucks though is there aren't nearly as many down here as other places.
They need to spread it out more. But they must be trying to work on adding to the game. Soon enough people will have all the Pokemon and then what? Release Gen II? Add trading and battling? What's their next move?
