1) They need to get turtle on hard carry champions. Stop with this Corki bull shite Loco Doco.
2) TSM should ban Gragas every match just so Santorin can't play him.

If they would let Turtle play hard carry champs more often I think he'd put out better results.
Everytime I watch a TSM game, it' like Loco has him on Sivir or Corki.

Yup.
You can lose lane as Jinx and still carry late game.
I like Sivir, but her carry potential isn't there consistently.
Sivir is a huge team asset though, in the form of utility. But if you need a hard carry, Jinx is the better pick.
