Malphite is pretty good to pick into these juggernauts and fiora/gangplank IMO.

Every so often I think "I should get back into ranked".
Every single time (first game back), it's multiple players with connectivity issues (on my team only somehow), a yi/vayne who refuses to teamfight and a mid laner that seems to have never played a MOBA before.

So I have come to the conclusion that I can not take this game seriously anymore: at 26 minutes with a 15k gold disadvantage, 5 tower disadvantage and they are about to storm your base - with a fed Darius that absolutely nobody can kill.... please hit that button that says "yes" - I know you think your 2/14 fiora, or 2/12 master yi is going to carry us out of this mess, but seriously, it's not, the yes button is there, please, just push it, I can never get those 15 minutes back -
but I can learn something extremely valuable - by switching to AP on Leona, I almost caught up to the Master Yi in damage, holy crap she does a lot of damage, I might try Leona top sometime just to see how crazy it is.
ETA: I also learned you can't attack the nexus when there are towers still up, that was an interesting lesson to learn

Yeah, Mahootney, you should try and queue with dcrews or andvari instead, so you can play against some scrubs. It's hard to win games with Andvari though, so play at your own risk.
I will admit that I was hammered when I saw tafetta online and decided to play. Haha. I just assumed it was typical silver/gold competition.
