Why don't streamers ever take advantage of being able to re-order the champions on the scoreboard?

Watching all of the Cali players throw fits over having to play with 65-70 ping while I've been playing with 80-100 for four years is very entertaining.

My ping went from about 110 to 75. I can't say that I have noticed a difference though.

Mine has been from 52 to 70. I can't really tell a big difference either.

With the new juggernaut items, I've been thinking of the best build for Vi.
Last night I went:
1. Boots
2. Jungle item-Warrior
3. Triforce
4. Titanic Hydra
5. Steraks
6. Last Whisper.
At that point I had 20 kills, so I sold the jungle item for BOTRK and boots for IE. Looking back on it, we prolly would have won if I had gotten Warmogs and Randiuns instead. I think going heavy damage on Vi is fun though.

A certain person tried convincing me cinderhulk vi was best 
Altho with titanic hydra and Steraks and warmogs I can see the value.
However those 3 items and cinderhulk would be beastly on almost any fighter.

Cinderhulk is the highest win% build on her but not even a quarter of the games played with that build.
I did try it out and won, but idk.

Titanic Hydra
Boots
Black Cleaver
Randuins
Warmog

I didn't try to convince you that cinderhulk vi was best in any way - I just said I was told it was best, and honestly with my play-style it works perfect
I'm also not going to carry a game with tank vi - but boy is it a lot of fun

I like that build that Ultimate posted. If I get ahead as Vi though, I'd prolly build Warrior and just try and overwhelm them with damage.

I played a couple games for the first time in a couple months. It was fun, and my new ping was pretty nice. Normally ping around 90-100 and now ping 50-60.

My problem is I get tired of fighting with trying to load the game. I have an issue where I can get to the login screen 95% of the time. Involves me deleting files and shite. Usually takes 10-15 mins to just get into the game. Just got tired of fighting with it.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Issue still exists. Got with support and no help
