I am up to 38K now. I will post updated pics.
The only issue I have is that my industry doesn't have enough buyers for their products. I added two cargo trains and one harbor so hopefully that will get better.

Look in the Steam Workshop. There are tons of mods and add-ons. I am using the bulldoze one but just be aware that if you use any mods it will turn off Steam achievements.

Thats fine. Once you get over a few tens of thousands of people the abandon buildings get really tedious.
