For someone who is so upset when someone makes shite up, this obviously false statement is laughable coming from you.

And yes it is a knock.

How? You do realize there needs to be a power source for things to work. And honestly, I'd rather my controller be wireless than have that shite going all over the floor. Do you want them to run on solar energy or something?

They should come rechargable. No extra purchase necessary.

I hated having to constantly worry about the charge on my PS3 controllers though. I prefer swappable batteries on everything even my phone. It sucks when the batteries in something starts losing its rechargeability and you are still stuck with it because you can't swap it out.

Having to use batteries is a silly argument PS4 fanboys still use against Xbox for some reason.

not sure why taylor didn't respond to this

Some people don't want that extra charge to the full price. They would rather just buy batteries for whatever reason. So because of that, Microsoft just sends them the controller with batteries and if someone wants rechargeable ones later, they can go buy it. It's like the Kinect. You're going to be paying for the rechargeable batteries regardless. If you bought an Xbone controller with rechargeable batteries, there would be an added cost. It's not like they would give them out for free and nor should they.

The battery life on my PS4 controller sucks arse. I have to keep it plugged in with a USB A/C adapter and a USB extension so it reaches my couch. With a full charge, I get 3-4 hours max. I'd rather just put batteries in them. Somebody needs to see wtf Nintendo is doing bc I haven't charged my pro controller since I bought the fricker last year.

I know! I played with my pro controller on Smash and Mario Kart for damn weeks before I had to recharge it.

Yet they cost the same as a DS4.

Also going to have to pick up this controller for the swappable paddles. It looks beautiful.

Why not? That's how you recharge your batteries and don't have wires going all over the place. It's much simpler.

Seriously. Same complaint I had about the PS3 controller then after a while I had one that wouldn't take a charge anymore even though the controller worked great. Instead of getting to change the batteries out, I had to spend $40 on a whole new controller.

It makes no sense to me to have built-in batteries in anything. My tablet doesn't carry the charge it used to and it frustrates me to no end.

The ps4 controller has terrible battery life. If you game more than 4 hours in a given day, good luck not needing to recharge. The 360's battery placement made the controller feel heavy. I hope this is better.
