The Show, Watch Dogs, Dragon Age 3, and Witcher 3 are all must buys for me.
Kingdom Hearts 3 and Battlefront are probably by far what i'm looking forward to the most, but that's far away.

Is there gonna be any CFB game being made any time soon? Those were always my favorite and madden just isn't good enough of a replacement.

Not for the foreseeable future. The lawsuit with the NCAA and EA has really hampered any type of great college football product, unless a company wants to make a college football game with fictional players, teams, stadiums, etc.

I'm excited for many of the games people have named already so I figured I'd list 3 I'm pumped for but didn't see mentioned.
1. The Witness
-Braid is one of my favorite games of all time and this is by the same designer.
2. Rime
-This looks like Ico and the developer has admitted it's supposed to be inspired by it. That alone has me interested.
3. Everybody's Gone to Rapture
-I wasn't in love with "Dear Esther" but it had a lot of potential. I think this developer can do that with their second game.

At this point the game is almost an urban legend, a mythical concept.
It may come out when we are all 50.
