Buy two of the ones I linked. $800 is a drop in the bucket for quality.

Only thing about those monitors that gets me is the 6ms response time.

27" Crossover IPS Panel 2560x1440p

LINK

They have top of the line LG IPS panels in them, same panels that go into Apple Cinema Displays.

Best monitors I have owned so far. I also have another 27" korean IPS on my home server, forgot the name.. it is some name that begins with a Y. It is okay, but the corssovers have really nice bezels out of all the Koreans.

If you FPS players are worried about input lag, they have 23" LG IPS monitors with 5ms response time on NewEgg.

5ms response is still pretty fast, you are usually paying a ridiculous price for sub 5ms times. Then usually you start losing image quality for less input lag. Only way to get both less input lag and great picture quality is to pay $600+ for a damn monitor.

They run about $179 each and even seen them on sale for $149 at one point. I had 3 of these monitors but sold them to someone on TD about 2months ago.

Really good looking bezels that come with a brushed aluminum front.

I'm hoping water cooling components go on sale, but its highly unlikely.

Most internal parts (cpu, mobos, gpus) rarely have that big of sales for black friday/cyber monday. Cyber monday is really best for peripherals

Corsair just updated their closed loop systems last week. The H80 and H100s should be on sale for sub $80 prices this Holiday season. I suggest looking into one of those.

IDK if I will ever do a custom loop again. Way to expensive and shtt load of maintenance.

Yea it is ridiculous, but all the parts are really custom machined. You can expect high prices.

My total for my 2rads, pump, CPU block, fittings, res and fluid was around $500. I don't have an exact number, but around there I would think.

IDT I will ever do it again, when I upgrade to Ivy-E in January I will just buy the new H100i to cool it.

They have had some good single fan coolers for as cheap as $45 this past week. Corsair. Just have to really watch the deals and that's why I started this thread to share everything.

Antec for $45

ETA Danger Den had a going out of business sale last week with everything 75% off. All the custom water cooling components you could have ever needed.

ETA II They still have a few things left

Yea screw that and the maintenance of it all though I did have to buy a better cooling case than what I have now to get more air moving.

Yea, I just have never done it before and wanted to try it out.

I purchased a test bench from them last week.

I've been wanting to buy one to run benchmarks on but never wanted to pay the premium price.
