I'm really liking it so far except I don't care for being the wolf. I'm glad they went back to these graphics. I've been out of the gaming loop for a while.

also have skyward sword I'll be playing afterwards. Which is better and why?

I really liked Twilight Princess. You don't have to worry about the wolf after the first part of the game, except for a few small parts here and there.

I want to play it again.

You'll get used to the wolf mechanic. I liked it, and at some point in the game, you'll be able to go back and forth between forms whenever you want.

I loved the game. It's the only Zelda I've been able to finish since OoT. I did hear some good things about Skyward Sword, though.

Love that game to death. It's seriously my favorite game I've ever played. I hate that it's so criticized in the Zelda community for being so dark and plot holish...which you never really notice during the game. Very exposition heavy ending though.

BY FAR, has the best companion in the game.

*SPOILERS*

And the best looking one too

I just started it and I got to the part where I had to rescue some girl/boy from some monkeys or something.

I didnt care for the first 1/3 of the game. It picks up after that. Once you get past the parts where you have to be a wolf it gets good.

skyward sword was alright. It did some cool things but overall looking back, I don't remember liking it as much as twilight princess

I haven't played Skyward Sword, but it has a very mixed reception. Some Zelda fans like it, but there are many who do not. One of my good friends is a hardcore Zelda fan and couldn't even finish Skyward Sword.

I started playing it and got through the first two dungeons. It's fun, but it isn't as good as TP.

One of my big hangups is the addition of destroyable items, ie shields that break.

It really doesn't seem like anything groundbreaking compared to TP.

Also, on another note, I'm getting really tired of Link never talking.

It's been a long time coming. People will freak out when it happens. Nintendo just needs to rip off the band-aid.

If I remember correctly, they finally gave Samus a voice, and it was a disaster.

I don't think it's necessary.

It just takes so much away from the character. He doesn't matter as a character. He is a formless blob with a sword and shield.

Give him some emotion. It'll attach the player to the character more thoroughly.

It just gets so damn annoying during conversations.

I agree 100%. Having a blob for a person that you don't have any real involvement with makes most of the story kind of an afterthought.

To be honest, outside of the major points, I couldn't explain any part of a Zelda story.

Just finished it myself a few weeks ago. Great game, but it did start slow for me. I never could get 100% comfortable with some of the motion controls. They were a bit clunky and gave me trouble with some bosses when it came to aiming and stuff. But the story and dungeons were great

I think they do a good enough job with this. You get to name him, so Link is pretty much you. He reacts to situations pretty much how you would.

I think I'd be pretty annoyed the day they give him a voice. I feel confident saying the majority of Zelda fans don't want this to happen either.
