I don't really care about the location but however, this.....
Needs to happen. GTA needs a new fresh approach to their characters. It doesn't need to be with tommy as I don't think Rockstar is going back to specific time periods as they'll be handcuffed by the lack of modern technology like the cellphone.

That's just as good as no phone considering there's even no contact list digitally stored in it and a new game with that phone woukd suck given GTA 5s phone.

Vice city and San Andreas are 1a and 1b for me. Although it might change by the time I'm done with 5

One in China/Japan with gangs would be pretty awesome. Those cities would look absolutely incredible on next gen.

Eventually as technology progresses, it would be interesting to see with GPS input.

The map could be the entire state or USA. With GPS and sky imagery, like with Google earth..Eventually, maybe you could play on your own turf.

Anyone mentioning the Asian cities, just needs to go play Sleeping Dogs. Pretty underrated game, very similar to GTA.
