I wish I could say I was surprised at the course this thread has taken but sadly I'm not.
Many TD.com posters have a real problem with not even attempting to see a point of view that falls outside of their experience. Or hell in this situation even thinking about how you would feel if your sister was being subjugated to this kind of treatment. Y'all are pathetic.

No. I'm pro everyone needs not be such a sensitive vag. All the crying and bitching people do about others instead of worrying about themselves and their own irritates me.
Unless something directly affects me in some way, you won't see me complain about much that others do. I have stated that several times on TD.
Things would be a whole lot better if everyone followed that philosophy.

I am pointing out hyperbole. I disagree with them but am I going after anyone over it?

Aha, but I never claimed my personal philosophy was to mind my own business and not bitch about things other people are saying that don't affect me.
stout can post about whatever he wants, but he's violating his own mantra with this thread. This wasn't a proposal to institute a new law or anything. This was literally a bunch of girls sitting in a room venting about the shitty things a bunch of virgin mongrels said to them on the internet. It will affect an interest of mine if things in the industry change to bow to the pressure put on it because of a few women crying foul.
I don't mean devs crying about the threats as this whole ordeal is much larger than that. Anita Sarkisian is on a quest to change games as a whole instead of letting devs do as they please and as PC as everyone tries to be in today's world I have little doubt her and others will influence some changes going forward.
