As a Dragoon I had garuda weapon, 4 pieces of DL, and the rest AK. It took a ton of different groups before I found one where most people were geared. It's always one or two people who don't have gear or can't dodge. My understanding is that you get some stupid lag during the fight if you play on PS3. And really, if you can just drop the heart you can finish the battle with 1 tank, 1 healer and 2 dps.

You get stupid lag regardless of platform. There's pretty much a constant 400ms lag.

So I just started and I'm progressing through the main story line. I get to a quest called "Washed Up" in order to get 5 groups of pirates to get back to work. Stuck on 4/5 and highlighted group is bugged and can't talk to the 5. Anyone have trouble with this?

Is this about the software token? I don't remember it actually taking all that long for me. Think I did a live chat with someone and got it resolved pretty quickly.
ETA I get why they require that one time password to log on to the website, but in instances like this, that's a pain. I emailed myself that emergency removal password after the first time.

Unfortunately this is not really an option for me since i rarely get a break during work hours and even lunch is usually packed with meetings.Once I get home it's all about the wife and kids until about 9pm when they all settle in for the night. Ultimately it was my mistake for not e-mailing myself a copy of the removal password as you did, but no other app on my phone completely resets when the cache is cleared. I appreciate them providing the extra security, but with call centers and support only open during the week at normal working hours I'm at their mercy on when they want to hit the reset button.
ETA: Never thought I would say this, but this may be the first time I would be happy talking to a foreign call center representative for an hour trying to get this resolved in the late hours of the night or early morning before work. Or maybe even one of those automated answer services like Cox has that makes me furious every time i call.

This game is really good. I'm only level 12 and it's so refreshing to be playing something other than recycled WoW end game trash.

It's pretty much a chat channel, social club. You can have a bunch of link shells but one free company.

Just take your time leveling or you may end up with this same feeling if you push too hard. Level multiple classes, and even though crafting is not that profitable at the moment it is still fun and can give you a much needed break if you feel you are just grinding. Gathering on the other hand is just a grind no matter how you slice it, but can be somewhat profitable.
