This isn't that big a deal to me either. A) I was constantly changing the appearance of my character in FFXIV, and B) the character models in Destiny were horrible anyways. Hopefully they'll give us a lot more customization this time.

Yeah, I've heard some friends bitching about it and some not. Community seems to be torn on the matter. I've some people throwing fits on Reddit lol.

I've never heard the internet getting up in arms about ANYTHING before. Destiny 2 is already ground breaking.
But seriously, I usually play as a human in games and I don't think there was any option I could go with that didn't make my guy look like a frat boy.

When they say "character" do they mean strictly the physical view? Or any of the attributes associated?
If its just physical look who cares. I'd at least like the benefit of not having to level all my classes up again.

Yea my characters appearance is the last thing I'd want to carry over.

I refuse to play on more than one character because of it.
I guess they do it to keep people from deleting and remaking characters daily to reset their stats but there's got to be a better way to do that.

Whenever I got serious about PvP I ended up deleting two of my characters and purchased the thing for a titan and a warlock that jumped you to lvl 40 and also fully upgraded one subclass completely. It was like $30 and easily worth that than the 15 or so hours of grinding to upgrade a subclass completely.
