re: Dark Souls Support Group Needed

Welp...I finished the game!

When the direction to go to fill the Lordvessel was up to us, what I would do is explore and then clear an area. If boss was too hard, I'd go to next area and do the same thing. I eventually had to deal with 2 areas that required lots of grinding before the boss.

So I looked for summon signs for help and asked Devious how to deal with it. He just said run. So, run I did. I felled 2 bosses in 1 day. Tried to take out Gwyn yesterday and was too tired. So, I battled him this morning and vanquished him.

Here's my character getting the last bit of armor upgrades before the fight. Elite Knight Armor and a Halberd.


Here's my stats at the final level upgrade I told myself I would do. It was perfect because I had just enough souls after using some souls I found! It was destiny!


Here I am traversing into the final area. Not scared.


I didn't realize I had to deal with lots of strong knights on the way to Gwyn. So, I battled through them and got to the final boss.

I had to do that about ten times. I realized you could get some estus help if you stayed behind one of those stalagmites.

And here's right after I defeated Gwyn:


I had low health, but I knew he had 1 hit left. So, I decided to swing away.


Then I lit the bonfire...



And became one of legend.





Thanks to all that helped me along the way. You saved me so much humanity heartache with kindling and titanite with weaponsmithing.

I already got to the first bell on the continued playthrough with my character. I'm going to do things I didn't do before. I'm gonna wreck some fools on PvP!
