If I have two tens or two faces or two Aces im splitting all the way. I don't care what people think. I'm going to potentially double my money before helping someone else. The only reason I would stay is if I am low on money, or I see a 7 thru 9 with the dealer.

Splitting Aces makes sense because a 12 isn't any good for you and you can potentially get 2 blackjacks. Splitting 10's is just stupid. You already have a 20. You don't throw away a winning hand.

Like I said, if the dealer is showing 7 or higher on the up card I am staying. If it's anything lower i'm going to split.

splitting 10s

You do realize your chance of getting another 20 or better is ~38% while getting less than 20 is ~62%.

I'm pretty sure by now that you are a troll, but let me get this straight:

You'll split and hope for a face card while the dealer is showing a bust card? You want the dealer to get the face card in that scenario. Never split 10s.

You're either a moron or a troll. Nobody with half a brain splits 10s.
