Roulette and Blackjack
ETA: NEVER play slots.

In Vegas Stakes, I always leaned toward the slots first. Remember to save frequently or someone might scam a good amount off you. And always allow them to check the machine so you get some free credits.
After you get a sizable nest egg (this might take awhile unless you get lucky with some random events), then you move onto 7-card stud poker. But don't get drawn into raise wars with the other players. Rinse and repeat until you hit 10 million.

play Roulette. Bet $10 and split it red and black.. Drink for free.
Blackjack has one of the best odds I believe, and it is easy because there are only a certain amount of ways you want to play a hand. (well unless you are a card counter)
Also try to look for the tables that have some sort of added incentive. For example I was in Vegas and the place I played at would pay for your double down no matter what you were betting.

The hell it is. There are so many "unwritten rules" that you "should" follow when playing Blackjack. I can't stand playing Blackjack because I get bitched at for splitting 10's, or hitting at a certain numbers. If you want me to play to your standards, give me some of your money and you can tell me how to play whenever you want. I hate how people expect you to play to help everyone beat the dealer. No frick that. It's my money, I am trying to win money for me. If it helps you win, awesome but I am not going to go out of my way and stay at 12 just to give you that good card to win.
Talk about a rant.
The "unwritten" rules are just rules that maximize your chances. And there are not that many.
I don't look at it as its everyone else against the dealer and you have to help, but I do think that you can screw over the person next to you, if he is getting a 10 which should be meant for the next guy over. If I hit on something that I "shouldn't" hit on, it may screw over the guy next to me. If you hit on something you should hit on he has no right to be mad. And like I said it isn't that hard to learn those situations IMO.

If I have two tens or two faces or two Aces im splitting all the way. I don't care what people think. I'm going to potentially double my money before helping someone else. The only reason I would stay is if I am low on money, or I see a 7 thru 9 with the dealer.
