MS store at the mall had 1TB w/ some Halo collection & Unity for $499. Don't care too terribly much about the Halo, but Unity looks fun. Really buying it for Forza (Horizons 2 for now) but don't feel like pre-ordering the Forza 6 one and waiting.

Any other bundles out there I should care about?

I did see an awesome bundle on Amazon 2 days ago that was a 1TB w/ MCC, Tomb Raider Remastered and 3 months of Live for $399 but it's already gone.
