Yea that looks way more cartoony than any other BF game ever. Hopefully that's just the early artwork.

It's an internal video. There's some obvious missing textures in the video. So I'd say it's not near final graphics.

Yep. It looked really interesting to me. Outside of BF4 being a mess it just became stale IMO.
Some of these game types look like a blast and I really like the idea of BF actually having a decent single player story.
