Anyone having buyers remorse?

Just curious how everyone's initial thoughts are on the PS4. Are the graphics noticeably better?

Me. Runs like shite. Doesn't look that great, and bf4 is fricked up.

I think once both consoles are released and people play for a few months, they will generally be disappointed by the lack of innovation by both consoles.

Not to mention the bugs galore. Both companies bent over backwards to rush these systems out before the holiday season.
I'll wait a year on either.

I actually think MS put a lot into their new machine. I don't know if the graphics upgrade would be enough to pull in gamers based on that alone, but o say there's no innovation there would be incorrect, IMHO.

No buyers remorse, but I am not expecting to be impressed by graphics since I am a PC gamer as well. Xbone on its way this Friday as well.

I cannot say that the graphics are blowing me away in that they don't look all that different than the last PS. However note that i only bought NBA2K14 & Need for Speed on it which IMHO are usually lacking in really good graphics.
Waiting for XBONE to come out to get BF4 & Ghosts on the new consoles b/c the son prefers it more than the PS4.
Also a little disappointed in what else you can do with the PS4 vs. playing games. I guess I was hoping for more of a media system. Maybe I've just not explored it enough.
I'm sure as better games drop the graphics will really shine and as Sony puts more into the dashboard it'll become more useful as a media center. If not then I may have to trade the XBONE onto our main TV and put the PS4 in the play room.

Its the day after launch and nothing works. Huge shock. No I have no buyer's remorse.

Crappy part is that Sony was going for a gaming machine, not a media machine. Xbone will make you much happier i bet.

While the games won't have graphics that blow you away really they will get better. Remember that a lot of these games are just previous gen ports that they were able to touch up or rushed to get ready.

So if I'm looking to play cds (yeah I know) and an overall media machine, the PS4 is not a good fit? I'm probably going to end up with both by the end of the year, but I was just curious about initial impressions. Thanks so far.

Yup, I don't see much of a point in getting a next-gen console until games like The Witcher 3 start coming out. Launch lineups are pretty bad on both sides and both consoles are going to have a lot of problems on release. We'll also get to see some of the mystery exclusives (Microsoft's new studios and Sony's top studios).

What doesn't work right now? I've been able to play Resogun, 2K14 and Kill Zone just fine. The Netflix app worked. Remote play was surprisingly smooth. In fact, if remote play is any where close to that smooth over wi-fi then that will have made the purchase worth it for me.
