I cooked a spaghetti on Sunday, March 22nd. Since then, a portion of that spaghetti with meat sauce (Italian sausage and ground pork) has been sitting in a sealed, refrigerated Tupperware container since then. What say ye?

Spaghetti is cheap. I'd microwave it for 30 seconds, give it to the dogs and make a fresh batch.

Just a week? Hells yeah, assuming you refrigerated it promptly way back when. But DO make sure you get it hot enough....whether via microwave or stovetop. Bubbling/boiling hot for a minute or two.

I did this friday night. I had made the sauce from canned tomatoes the Thursday before. I had a mild case of diarrhea just for Friday night.

Use the smell test. Sniff it and if it doesn't smell bad then eat it.
