It's definitely two different establishments/lease spaces, but I'm not sure if they'll work that way or not.

Good point, but if the place fails will that hurt our chances if getting new breweries ?
I hope it does well I'm just not sure how well Metairie will be at supporting a craft beer bar. Especially one without food.
