Just checked the Crawfish App. Live crawfish start at $0.95 Lb. in BR today. Aren't shrimp like $7.00 Lb?

Flavor wise, shrimp may be just a teensy bit better, but the texture of crawfish is what puts it over the top. Shrimp is kinda rubbery, and sometimes gritty when not cooked right. Crawfish is just soft and chewy and melts in your mouth.
