More parmiggiano reggiano for me, then

I don't mind a touch of parmesan/parmigiano-reggiano on certain things. Mozzarella is fine on pizza and the occasional sandwich if melted.

Honestly, though, that is about it. Cheese ruins a good burger, imo. The stronger stuff literally makes me nauseated if I even smell too much of it. Oh, and blue cheese is evil and deadly.

This may be the worst thing I've read on TD, congrats

We're all entitled to our own opinions, but I must say, your opinion is the worst.

So you don't like cheese at all. Not even the fancy stuff you get with charcuterie?

That's easy.

The Asians don't know about/like Jesus, so Jesus/God made them lactose intolerant.

Boom.

Spoiled milk that needs to ferment and rot was not something they wanted to wait for.

I dig me some fresh yellowtail, toro, or fugu sashimi though.

Oh man.

I love cheese.

But yeah, I've heard that a large % of Asians are lactose intolerant.

Jones is like you. He likes a bacon cheeseburger, but he hates fancy cheese on charcuterie boards and he asks for no cheese in salads and atop Italian dishes in restaurants.

Soy sauce, tamari, nuoc mam, doenjang, gochujang, kimchi.... I assure you, Asians don't mind waiting for fermentation.

From my understanding, I believe the Swiss staked their claim to cheese first. Double check me though, because my memory may have some holes in it.

I get chicken feet from LaMorenita and from a couple of friends who have chickens in the Felicianas and make incredible stock with them. Plus sucking on that cartilage is great.
