Why is cheese not part of Asian cuisine?

Cheese or any dairy products are not found in any Asian foods except in India. Why us cheese not part of Asian culture? Seems kinds of odd when compared to European or Hispanic cultures.

Because they're smarter than we are. Other than pizza, cheese sucks in pretty much everything else.

Dairy nor sweets are part of their culture, as chicken feet as not part of ours.

100% agree.. you can't even hardly buy a breakfast sandwich

This is true. Cultural evolution is the most likely reason why. Inhospitable climates and areas more prone to harbor bovine diseases made milk more available in some places (Europe) than others (South Asia). The human gut adapted.

I don't mind a touch of parmesan/parmigiano-reggiano on certain things. Mozzarella is fine on pizza and the occasional sandwich if melted.

Honestly, though, that is about it. Cheese ruins a good burger, imo. The stronger stuff literally makes me nauseated if I even smell too much of it. Oh, and blue cheese is evil and deadly.
