I get BBQ to go all the time. Tastes the same as it does if I eat in the restaurant. I eat it within 10 minutes of getting it, but I've warmed leftovers and it's fine. I rarely order chicken, though, which might over cook upon rewarming. Otherwise, its great and I've eaten many a cold leftover rib. I like them cold same as cold crispy fried fish. Leftover brisket or pork on a sandwich is mighty good. Sometimes, I smoke those the day before I'm using the meat at home for pulled pork. Pulled meats cool off before you use them anyway.
