Whole beef short ribs in Lafayette/BR/NI

Anyone buy these around Lafayette/BR/New Iberia? Anyone have a good source?

Whole Foods will sell them whole as will Calandros. Also SAMs and Costco have good bone in short ribs for reasonable prices. I'm sure their butchers would leave them whole.

Winn Dixie on Caffery just ask for whole.Usually 4 big ribs.

You can buy the entire rib sections at Sam's. I think they come 2 - 4 rib sections to a case.
