Who remembers "Dockside Cafe" on corner of Sherwood & Coursey?

I believe that was the name of it. It was in the shopping center "Quarters" is in now. It was in the corner next to Melatello's Shoe Repair.
They had two sandwiches, a chicken and a shrimp. The meat was shredded and serve almost like sausage without casing.
Anyone remember this sandwich and/or remember how it was made?

Must've been pre 1998. I don't recall.

Probably closed around 1999-2000. I lived in that area from 1998 to 2002, and it closed while I lived there.
