I cook much better than her, but a lot of it has to do with my willingness to break out and try new things. She just likes to cook the same stuff over and over again, which I complain about. She takes it as I don't like her cooking, but really it's all about variety with me.

I am a far superior cook than my wife, but that's to be expected. She's from Mississippi.

I consider myself relatively good at cooking, but my girlfriend, who is half-Malaysian, cooks dishes I could never dream of making correctly.

Was she Chinese, Indian (from India) or Malay (native)? My girl friend was Malaysian Chinese and she was pretty good with stir fry.

I'm far and away the better cook and do 95% of the cooking for our family. It's in everyone's best interest that I do it.

She's capable but can't multi-task so the kitchen is a wreck by time she's done. Clean as you go clearly wasn't shown to her.

She also has been known to substitute little things like baking soda when the recipe clearly states baking powder. And then there was the lasagna she made. Smelled a bit off but I was pleased to see her make something. After the first bite I recognized the issue, she used breakfast sausage instead of Italian.

And that's my life folks...

There seems to be a recurrent theme here that men are better cooks than women. Some would say that it's generational. But my mom was a horrible cook and my dad was great. And they were teenagers in the 1920s. They read magazines like ads like this:

That wasn't my house.

As much as I would like to say otherwise, she is the better cook. She is better educated in cooking, with a degree in nutrition and has taken courses at The CIA in Hyde Park, NY. She knows Marcel Desaulniers and has trained food service professionals on the national level. She has developed and written multiple training programs for food service professionals and was the technical director for nationally (usda) produced video training programs.

I am a better Chemist, Microbiologist and dishwasher than she is, if that gets me any credibility.

We do cook together a lot and we both enjoy that. It is funny, we have learned to cook together with no boss.

If you tell me she is a 8+ hot and a <6 crazy, I will make it my mission to steal her from you.

Does she have a sister?

Well she's not bat shite crazy and she's still easy on my eyes so I'm good with that.

She has triplet younger sisters. One big game hunts all over the world, one fishes marlin all over the world and one runs a hedge fund in Connecticut. All are amazing cooks but pretty high dollar to keep up with. Just check your cash flow before you hook up. They ain't cheap.
