It is. The 2012 already has a hint of orange and spice (at least to me). Give it a whirl if you have a bottle of it. You won't be disappointed.

Woke up sick this morning with a really sore throat.

1 - 3PD: Wild Turkey American Honey

Best thing I've ever tried on a sore throat.

I tried a few lower cost ryes to see if I liked them. sazerac 6 yr and Bulleit Rye. The baby Saz is 51R/39C/10M and the Bulleit is 95 Rye. Both were good but I think I liked the Bulleit better. So I will be getting a few higher end Ryes and thought I would start with the EHTaylor and the Whistlepig. Any other suggestions?

Buddy brought me that bottle. I don't know that I would pay $50 for that myself but I enjoyed it.

Took Friday off to go to my youngest's Halloween parade and spend the rest of the day with my wife. After we ran by the grocery real quick I told her I was going to run a few doors down to grab a cheap bottle of bourbon to make old fashioneds and Kentucky mules with. I walked in and these 2 were sitting on the counter. Asked the liquor store owner who they were for and he said you if you want them. They both came home with me. First time I had seen Btac in the wild.
