I've purchased a few bottles of Blantons but this is the first time I have gotten the brown bag.

They ship the cases with half the Blantons bottles in net and half in boxes (with bag). Someone posted a pic of an open box a few days ago. I'm not sure why they do that.

Anybody been reading about Not Your Fathers Root Beer. Seems to be a marketing gimmick by Pabst. Small Town Brewery doesn't appear to even own any bottling equipment. Good front for the big guys with marketing to get into the craft market.

I have some iced down for the women folk tomorrow. They seem to like it.

Changing it up thanks to my FIL. Not a scotch fan at all but it's not terrible.

I think they are using the Angel's Envy model. Buy Indiana whiskey store it in Sherry cask then stamp your name on it. Should have a lot of flavors.

I'm a huge fan of the Belle Meade sherry finish. Can't get it in Baton Rouge. We have a review of it that we need to post sometime soon.

Where can I get some of the It's Not Your Fathers Root Beer in BR? I want to get the wife drunk today and it sounds like she might like this.

Found a couple bottles of this yesterday and couldn't pass it up.

There was a bunch of NYFRB at Albertsons on Airline and old Hammond last week. Just call around. It shouldn't be too hard to find. By the way, thanks for the Blantons tip a few weeks back.
