Went to OO-Tray restaurant & whiskey bar in Islamorada for the 4th....great bartender Omar suggested a different bourbon.............

Had never heard of Widow Jane bourbon......It was great..them found out it is distilled in New Jersey!!!

Doing Weller antique next for comparison purposes.

So far I think the Blantons is more complex and interesting, but the EH is smoother. The Blantons gets better with each sip.

I usually drink Bulliet Rye, but last week I grabbed a bottle of Bulliet Bourbon. It is too sweet for me. Going back to the rye this week.
