Old cuisinart just died, so I figured I would buy one that I always see recommended on here. However, there are several different models. ET 733, ET 732 ET73? The ET 73 is almost $30 cheaper than the other 2 models, are the other 2 worth the extra money?

I have the ET 732 and I'm very happy with it. I know that the ET 732 is remote for up to 300 feet, while the 73 only goes to 100 feet. I'm not sure what other subtle differences there are but compare the specs to figure out which is best for you.

I have used an ET732 for years. I would grab it or a 733 whichever is cheaper

For those replying and reading this Maverick specific thread, I always like to have a backup probe (insert OT jokes here, but very serious) so I ordered this from Barbeque Junction. Fortunately I did because my first one was lost (didn't fail, I think some critter made off with it) and the 6 foot cord is far longer than the one that comes with the unit.
