Where to get a hog in/around NOLA today?

I need a 100 lber dressed. I can drive a hour or two if needed.

You are probably completely SOL. Most need to be reserved 2 weeks ahead of time. You can try Scallan's in BR or Decuir's in Port Allen. That's the 2 places I've bought from here in BR. Also try calling Thompson Packers in Slidell.

We had one coming, it escaped, bite the guy, they shot him in the gut. Its still coming but meat might be tainted, they had to skin it because theydidnt have a water around.
