Junket will not work. Need liquid rennet. The chemicals are wrong. It's also much weaker.

Ive bought it online before as I was never able to find it locally. Have you ever made mozzarella before? I started last year and it is fun but time consuming and difficult to get it right. Took me several tries to get something decent.

I've made it before. First time was a disaster. Second time I had a thermometer. Came out really well.

I got the liquid rennet from whole foods then. I'll order today. Been enjoying an Envie and this fantastic weather. I'll make cheese when the weather gets bad again on a Sunday.
