I'm assuming Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, but anywhere else? I'm trying to go Keto this year without breaking the bank. Any advice on the best places in town to get the best products would be appreciated. Happy New Year.

I saw a section of it at Rouses (on Airline/Long Farm), and also saw a section of it at Alexanders.

Iverstine Farms on Perkins between college and pollard is the best answer imo. Local farm, lsu guy, great family. They are proud of their beef but it is damn good

LeBlancs/Rousse's all have some form of grass fed beef, Ralph's by the Country Club does as well so I assume the other one would.

It's a fad to waste money on and feel good about yourself.
