What's your "price?"

The river is very low. It's been a dry Winter so far. Crawfish are gonna be scarce and expensive unless something changes. It's December. It won't be long. What would you pay for a sack of those smallish/farm raised crawfish just to hear that burner wide open and smell the crab boil?
I think I paid $2.19lb live once. Not sure if I would ever again as long as there are cows and catfish left.

About 6 or 7 years ago I paid $3 a pound.

I remember buying them for .10 a pound. I won't pay more than a buck for live. Two bucks for boiled and only from Tony's. I'll maybe go an extra quarter for #1 select.

We have done the same thing. When you have to have your fix then price is not an issue. Kind of like when I "have" to have a Filet Mignon I will pay top dollar no mtter what.
