skip the gator tail, ask for the jowl meat which is way more tender and preferred by those who know wild game meat

Teets smoked meats are hard to beat. I order from them twice a year and get enough to last 6 months to make it cost effective. I don't care for their boudin at all and haven't found a good frozen boudin I like. If I were you and lived close enough to make a short over night trip I would just drive over to the Laffy area and load up a few ice chests from several places. I love Nunu's boudin and Hebert's stuffed chickens. You could also load up on Pig Stand/Jack Millers bbq sauce.
