Grillin' some burgers and a couple of chicken breasts. Wife is making dirty rice.

Smoking a Boston butt and some pork ribs. Only the second time I use the smoker. I'm learning as I go and I hope it comes out okay.

Nothing. My husband will grill a little later.

I cooked this yesterday and delivered to friends who are working on their flood damaged house (dinner rolls not pictured):









Maque choux was good, but not even close to my Grandma's.



The mac 'n cheese looks weird, not sure what I did wrong on the topping. The inside was still moist.

Baked beans in the oven
Neighbors are bringing some other sides and desserts
