What to do with leftover boiled shrimp?

probably 5lbs of beautiful 10-15s...may just eat them as is, too big for shrimp creole unless I chop them up

I think they would be best just eaten cold with some cocktail sauce. I hate to waste those good shrimp by chopping them up and reheating and potentially overcooking them. Just enjoy them cold.
